Emergent Bug Solution

Dear Ninjas:

As we have been reported, there is a bug which Heart of Tailed Beast Wishing Box and Gift Coupon Box can be get freely just by refreshing the game. Some of the users have abused the bug and this may totally mess the game. We have found them out. To keep the game fair and minimum the lost, some solutions will be executed:

 For those who have abused this bug:

1. Your account will be banned temporarily just to keep the game fair. Once the bug cleared (it will be soon in the future), you’ll be unbanned (we’ll inform you in time and please keep in touch with your in-game friends).
2. Your data will be rolled back to 0:00, April.18^th (GMT+2) since after that the bug appeared.
3. All Gold that you purchased after April.18^th 0:00 will be sent back. Moreover, you can get an extra 30% bonus of them. For example: if you purchased 1000 Gold in total during this period, you can get 1300 Gold after rolled back.
4. You’ll get 150 Gift Coupon Compensation as other players.
5. You can get some Advanced Sage Panaceas (10 Advanced Sage Panaceas per roll-back-day) as well. For example, if you are rolled back on April.22^rd , you can get 40 Advanced Sage Panaceas.
6. All these will be sent immediately when you get unbanned.

 For other players:

You can get 150 Gift Coupon due to the emergent and long maintenance yesterday.

 All these will be sent after the bug is confirmed to be cleared.
